The Office of the Registrar seeks a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join its team as a Transfer Credit Counselor. This professional facilitates the university’s mission by building relationships with prospective transfer students, as well as other higher education institutions, to help attract future Seawolves well-suited to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ’s programs.

The faculty engagement subcommittee of the Campus Kick-Off committee has come up with two exciting ideas on how students and faculty can engage this year. The first one is to embrace esports; and the second is a networking event with students.

Starting in the Fall 2020 semester, the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ bookstore will be facilitated through an online platform powered by Akademos, a national leader in online and hybrid bookstore solutions. The Zoom celebration will be Wednesday, Aug. 19, 3–3:30 p.m. All faculty and campus members are welcome to attend and recognize the achievements of our faculty.

Senior Vice Provost Renee Carter-Chapman retired from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ following more than four decades of service. Her ability to listen and gather talented, dedicated individuals together to reach consensus on how to solve problems and support efforts to achieve goals has served Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ and its home communities well.

Beginning Sept. 1, 2020, users can no longer use Banner 8. All functional areas, including HR, Finance, Student and Financial Aid, have had access to the upgraded platform since October 2018.
