Applications are now available for Seawolf Student Leader, Seawolf Community Service, and Mabil Duir Leadership Scholarship. Recipients receive a tuition credit for the following semester. Applications are due Friday, Oct. 9 by 11:59 p.m.

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ to remain mostly remote for spring 2021 semester

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ's spring 2021 semester will continue with most classes being offered via distance learning.

Chancellor Sandeen announced today the decision for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ to stay in our current, mostly remote, operating mode for the spring 2021 semester. This decision applies to all Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ campuses and programs. Given infection patterns and the likelihood we will not see much improvement between now and the start of spring semester classes, we will continue to use mostly alternate course delivery with limited face-to-face courses.

Researchers from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ, in collaboration with UAF and the Alaska Departments of Environmental Conservation and Health and Social Services, have developed an in-state capability to detect COVID-19 in wastewater in Alaska.
