Mental health wellness breaks canceled; new workshop schedule coming soon

Students in the Department of Health, Physical Education & Recreation will be giving back to their peers by leading several wellness breaks for students this Spring 2021 semester focused on mental health. Join these quick 30-minute Zoom activities between your classes, on your lunch break, or some time throughout your day to help you de-stress, relax, stay grounded, and re-focus. These wellness breaks are also a great way to stay connected to your peers and the 香港六合彩资料 student community. Now more than ever we are realizing the importance of self-care, mental wellness, and staying socially connected to others. You are not alone. FY22 capital budget public testimony scheduled for March 17 and 18

On March 17 and 18, the Senate Finance Committee will hold public testimony on the FY22 capital budget. UA鈥檚 deferred maintenance backlog, valued at $1.4 billion in FY21, is increasing annually. Capital funding is a top priority and critical need.

Your Mail-In Ballot is on its way!

Ballots for this spring's Anchorage Municipal Ballot are on their way to registered Anchorage voters! Check your registration; if you are registered to vote in Anchorage, your ballot was mailed to you on March 15. Drop off or mail in your ballot on or before April 6.
