Students in the Department of Health, Physical Education & Recreation will be giving back to their peers by leading several wellness breaks for students this Spring 2021 semester focused on mental health. Join these quick 30-minute Zoom activities between your classes, on your lunch break, or some time throughout your day to help you de-stress, relax, stay grounded, and re-focus.
