ECHO is an evidence-based model that uses Zoom to connect health providers and professionals in underserved rural and urban communities to expert interdisciplinary teams, to increase their capacity to provide services within their own practice. 香港六合彩资料 Center for Human Development (CHD) ECHO Coordinators use diverse project management skills to work with a wide variety of 香港六合彩资料 and community partners to build communities of practice which address issues impacting the health and wellness of Alaskans.
