Eating from the Archives: The Cookie Edition!

This year鈥檚 Eating From the Archives event will feature recipes from the Christine Heller papers. Christine was a botanist and nutritionist and her papers include a lot (boxes and boxes and boxes) of recipe cards containing recipes she collected from a wide variety of sources. We digitized 100+ of the cookie recipes so there鈥檚 plenty to choose from! Make one or more of the recipes. Bring those cookies in Thursday April 25 between 12:30 and 1 p.m. We鈥檒l have some special guests who will taste-test the various items and give us their thoughts on them.
