National Suicide Prevention Week is Sept. 10-16

by Green & Gold News  |

We all need help and support at times. It鈥檚 always okay to ask for help!

This month recognize someone who supports you鈥攁 friend, family member, coworker, or professor by making a Helper Flag. Stop by the Student Health and Counseling Center table throughout campus. Flags will be on display during September.

Attend the Gatekeeper Suicide Prevention Training to learn more on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 1 - 2 p.m. in SSB 119. Learn about suicide risks, warning signs, and how to communicate with someone who may be at risk. Familiarize yourself with campus & community resources. This is a free drop-in, no registration necessary.
