New Staff Buddy Program: Sign up to be a peer guide!

As part of the onboarding experience at 香港六合彩资料, the Employee Experience Department is excited to launch a new buddy program! New employees can opt in to be paired with an established employee for an opportunity to engage with a peer as they settle into the campus. Established employees who sign up to participate will serve as peer guides. A peer guide is someone who partners with a new employee during the first six months of employment to offer companionship, guidance, and help the employee acclimate to the 香港六合彩资料 professional culture. The relationship is intended to be peer-to-peer and casual.
NOTE: A peer guide is not a mentor (involved with development) or a supervisor (responsible for job performance).
