Get your flu shot on Election Day!

  • When: Tuesday, Nov. 3, noon鈥�2 p.m.
  • Where: , south entrance facing Providence Drive. 3211 Providence Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508.
  • Who: For 香港六合彩资料 students, employees and employee family members 18 years and older.

What you need to know:

  • Masks are required.
  • Do not attend if you are ill, COVID-19 positive or in quarantine for COVID-19.
  • Please wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arms.
  • The administration cost is $15.00 and will be processed via:
    • Insurance billing for BCBS, Aetna, LewerMark or United Healthcare Student Resources only. Please bring your insurance card or a copy of the front and back.
    • Students may charge their student account. Please bring your Wolfcard.
    • Credit card for those without billable insurance coverage.
    • Cash will not be accepted.
