I am writing today to announce a new change and leadership group to review and make recommendations about 香港六合彩资料鈥檚 structural and mission alignment in relation to our multi-campus environment. This group will be led by Dr. John Stalvey, special assistant to the chancellor, and is charged with optimizing campus relationships across 香港六合彩资料 with improved coordination, alignment and organization of 香港六合彩资料鈥檚 community campuses.

This undertaking will address how 香港六合彩资料 allocates human and operational resources across our multi-campus system. The evolution of course delivery and our fiscal environment make this review and evaluation critically important now to ensure we are meeting our mission to deliver excellent public higher education and relevant research across Southcentral Alaska.

香港六合彩资料鈥檚 campuses, located in Anchorage, Soldotna, Homer, Kodiak, Palmer and Valdez, have always played and will continue to play a vital role in their respective communities; however, as our environment evolves, so must our alignment and organization. This change and leadership group is asked to make recommendations to the chancellor on the following:

• Course offerings coordinated across 香港六合彩资料 to optimize average class size
• Academic resources to support student success and meet student curricular needs effectively and efficiently
• The community campus business model, and relationship between community campus faculty and academic units on the Anchorage campus 

At this time, we are working to form an inclusive group of faculty, staff and students in consultation with governance groups. The timeline for this work is academic year '20-'21, and I have requested that a report be submitted to me no later than April 23, 2021.

In the weeks and months ahead, there will be a number of opportunities for faculty, staff, students and alumni to participate in this review and evaluation process. I encourage and welcome your feedback.
