He was among numerous judges, lawyers and non-lawyers to volunteer for this year's event, held in Anchorage at the Boney Courthouse March 26-28. The annual competition is sponsored by the Young Lawyers Section of the Anchorage Bar Association and the Alaska Court System.
Lindsey Blumenstein, Ph.D., justice faculty, participated in the April 22 on-campus panel discussing the ABC 20/20 documentary "The Party's Over." The documentary, which aired January 2015, tells the true story of a sexual assault on the campus of Vanderbilt University and the impact of the incident on the victim, the perpetrators, their families, the university and the community.
