Dr. Meg Howard is a principal investigator with broad expertise in molecular virology, EID, biological surveillance and applied biological research. Experience leading CONUS/OCONUS research and surveillance programs, basic research and OpEx programs for various USG funding agencies (DARPA, NIH, NSF, DTRA, USFS, EPA, etc.).
