Bernie鈥檚 Pharmacy is an Alaskan-owned, independent pharmacy in Anchorage, founded in 1980 by life-long Alaskan, Bernie Klouda. Over the years, Bernie provided the opportunity for pharmacy students to complete their intern rotations at Bernie鈥檚 Pharmacy, mentoring many pharmacy students and new pharmacists. Bernie had a long and distinguished career, and he believed strongly that educating pharmacists was important to ensure the health of Alaskans.

Students from the WWAMI School of Medicine and the 香港六合彩资料/ISU Doctor of Pharmacy program took part in the 7th annual Independent Investigative Inquiry Poster Presentations on November 7, 2022.

A $1.5 million grant coordinated by Recover Alaska was presented to the 香港六合彩资料 School of Social Work, which will significantly increase enrollment capacity, establish a pathway to licensure for graduates, add faculty and staffing, and offer continuing education to maintain clinical licenses.
