Facilities Maintenance and Operations encompasses various disciplines related to maintaining and caring for the Universities physical plant.  

If you have a non-emergent maintenance or operational support need, and you have access to AiM, please submit a Customer Service Request through AiM.  If you do not have AiM access please submit a Maintenance Request Form, or please email the Work Management Desk (uaa_fcsbusiness@alaska.edu). 

Facilities emergencies call directly to 907-786-6980. 

After hours emergencies call UPD at 907-786-1120.
